Linked to our BVS Portals service, we offer agents a range of complimentary services. Primarily, these relate to the processing of their data, or website services:

Data Conversion (import service)
As an estate agent, should you wish to switch from your current property software vendor to the advanced BaySoft system, we can help you along the way with our data import service.
With a snapshot of your current data we can then automatically inject your data into your branch's account on the BaySoft system. We do this by developing a data import feed customised specifically for your data format. We then test and import the data ready for you to use in the BaySoft System.
This process typically takes 2-3 days depending on the formatting/complexities of the existing data. If one of our existing export filters matches the data, the time/cost will be greatly reduced.
All work is quoted for in advance, once we've assessed the format of your source data.

Data Conversion (export service)
If you have a specific website you need to send your data to, we can write a feed to export your data to it. We would simply need a specification for the target data format. This process typically takes 1-2 days, depending on the complexity of the target format.

Backup Service
For agents of the BaySoft System, we can provide a special snapshot/backup service. This is charged for on a one-off basis. The resulting spreadsheet, document and image files are packaged up and sent to you.

Property Statistics Service
As an estate agent, are you interested in the average house prices of your properties, or how that has changed over the last six months? We can provide statistical information on the branch data being processed in spreadsheet form; either as a one-off (£25) or regular basis (£7.50p/m).
